Where are you based?
We are based in Preston. However, our competitions are open to everyone in the UK, and we offer free delivery across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Ireland.
What happens if a draw doesn’t sell out?
The draw will always proceed, regardless of ticket sales. We guarantee that all draws will happen on the advertised date without extension.
Will I receive a confirmation email when I purchase a ticket(s)?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket numbers. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder.
How is a winner selected?

To participate, entrants must be at least 18 years old.

If I win, how long will it take for my prize to be delivered?
Larger prizes will be hand-delivered by a Tickets 2 Treasure team member within 5 days of the winner announcement. Smaller prizes may arrive sooner. All deliveries are free of charge.
