What if the competitions aren’t full when the timer runs out?
If the competition doesn’t reach full capacity, the timer will extend up to four times to allow more tickets to sell. After these extensions, if tickets remain unsold, a cash alternative prize will be awarded instead. Only participants who have entered will be included in the live draw for the cash prize.
If I win, how long will it take for my prize to be delivered?
A Tickets 2 Treasure team member will personally deliver your prize within 5 days of announcing the winner.
How will we know the competition is not fixed?
To ensure complete fairness, we use a trusted Random Picker generator for our draws. While we’re skilled in tech, rest assured we can’t manipulate an independent, secure system to alter results. Our commitment is to transparent, genuine competitions where every entrant has an equal chance to win.
